  How to enter                 

• Every bottle of wine purchased from the tasting list on a Wednesday night up until the end of trading June 26, gives you one entry into the prize draw. Twelve bottles gives you 12 entries etc.
• Any wine featured in a Wednesday tasting during the period of the competition is a qualifying product. The prize consists of

Conditions of Entry

• The prize can be taken at any time within 12 months of the draw except in August, September or December.
• Any additions or variations to the designated prize will be at the winner’s expense.
• The prize draw will be made on stage at the First Glass Wine Options Final, Crowne Plaza Hotel Sunday 27th June. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
• There is only one prize draw. The winner can choose their travelling companions – everyone must be 18 years or over (and enjoy tasting very fine wines).
• The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and flights are ex Auckland. Travel to Auckland Airport is at the winner's expense.

Waipara Hills Riesling 2008 - Waipara
The pale lemon coloured wine is a deliciously fresh juicy, light-bodied, thirst quenching style. When chilled it has delicate floral scents and tastes off-dry with flavours of tangelo, lime, fresh fruit salad and pear undercut by crisp acidity that adds a decisive and piquant tang.

Luzon Organic Monastrell 2008 - Jumilla, Spain
Dark translucent red. Pure fruit, cassis-like aromas with no indication of oak, it tastes spicy, peppery and a little savoury with red jelly baby lollies and blackberry jam with spice adding lift and brightness to the earthy savoury finish. Texture is smooth but interestingly chunky at the same time. Certified organic.

Granrojo Rojo Garnacha 2008 - Valdepenas, Spain
Blackberry red with crimson edges, this perfume is of bright, fresh, red berry fruit with a savoury tarry nuance coming through. It's more cherry / redcurrant jelly in the palate with a nicely balanced savoury backbone, little - if any - oak influence and a touch of anise-like spice on the finish. Smooth, rounded, medium-bodied, easy to drink.

Coto De Hayas Garnacha Syrah 2008 - Campo de Borja, Spain
Black cherry red, deeply translucent. Sweet cherry jam aroma with a deep richness to the scent and flavours that are spicy and savoury with boiled lolly strawberry/cherry flavours, a little pepper and a soft creamy backbone supporting the fine tannins. Tremendous value.
