| Browsing our Range |
Browse our range of wines by selecting the wine
category from the Category list and wait for the page to refresh the Items list. Browse
through the wines in this category and select one of your choice. A description of the
wine will be displayed as well as an option to add a quantity to your cart. To continue
browsing select another wine from the Items list or select another category and continue
as above. |
| How to Buy |
To buy wines you need to add them to your cart. Once
you decide on a wine to buy type in the number of bottles and click the "Add To
Cart" button. Your selection will be recorded and added to your cart and the cart's
contents will be displayed for your information. This display will allow you to remove and
item from your cart or check outYou can add more items by continuing to browse and select
other wines. |
| Check Out |
When you have finished your shopping click on the
"Check Out" button. We will then ask you for your details so that we can process
your order. To save time in the future, we ask you for your email address and a password
which recalls your details and fills in the form for you. If you are a first time buyer
then you need to fill in the details requested. |
| Payment Options |
Once you have completed the details you will be
asked for your preferred method of payment. You can pay be credit card, either by entering
your card details online or you can choose to submit the order and then contact us by
email or phone to submit your card details. |
| Privacy |
Any
information you provide to First Glass Wines and Spirits Ltd will only be used for
processing your order and satisfying your requirements. Under no circumstances will
information be made available to any other organisation. |
| Security |
We do not operate a secure server so any information
you send will be exposed to the internet. While an Internet commerce
transaction is generally no less secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing
your card over a counter, if
you are concerned about security of personal and credit details, please contact us to
discuss alternative methods of providing us with information. |
| Delivery Method |
First
Glass will send your order by courier throughout New Zealand. We therefore need you to provide a physical
address - no Post Office or Rural Delivery numbers. If
no one is likely to be at the address during normal business hours and you with the
courier to leave the delivery unattended, please provide specific instructions, as we
cannot cover the risk for these deliveries once they have been delivered to your address. |

We do not
deliver overseas unless special arrangements have been made |
| Returns |
We will gladly
exchange any wine that is faulty or any unopened wine. Regrettably, we do not exchange
wine that you have opened and found you do not like. |
